This includes identity details (name, PAN, Aadhaar number, date of birth), contact details (phone, email, address), financial details (income, employment, bank statements) and, with your consent, your credit bureau report.

We also collect limited technical information — such as device type and pages visited — when you use our website, to keep the service secure and improve how it works.

• To complete KYC verification as required by law.

• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including RBI guidelines.

Consent

We process your personal information only with your consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry or application. You may withdraw consent at any time using our Revoke Credit Score Consent or Revoke All Consent pages, or by writing to info@janmudra.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before the withdrawal.

Sharing With Lending Partners

To process your application we share relevant details with the partner banks and NBFCs you choose to apply to. Each partner is bound to use your data only for assessing and servicing your loan, under its own RBI-regulated privacy obligations. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Data Security

Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and periodic security reviews. Only employees who need your information to serve you can access it, and every access is logged.
